Plants and non-plant life like fungi are incredible teachers and companions. By incorporating their teachings into daily life, I believe that we can find sustainable ways to thrive. My herbal knowledge weaves together my biology knowledge, my experience growing and building relationships with plants, mentorships, classes, and knowledge passed down from my mother, my grandmother to my mother, and generations of ancestors before.

My herbal support involves a conversation to figure out what is going on and how I may support you,  to help you begin or continue your journey with plants, to connect and learn with plants as our teacher, and to encourage a building a relationship with the plants, the land, and with your ancestral traditions and their knowledge of plants. Like everything else in our world, the cells, organs, and systems in our bodies are interconnected and the support and guidance I offer will reflect that. I hope to help you connect and build relationships with plants to enhance your well-being. 

I believe in the power of plants, but also in the value of allopathic medicine, and believe that a balance of both is beneficial. Without plants, we wouldn’t have many of the essential medicines used in pharmaceuticals today!
